建设部的英文站点

有天我想看看中国建设工程造价管理协会 （CECA）有没有英文版，进去后还真有英文版，不过只有一个页面，就是介绍CECA的机构组成和机构职能的，其余的像新闻、参考资料、同行链结等等都没有，仅仅一个页面啊，最让人无法忍受的是该页面的最后是：Web side: www.ceca.org.cn ， webside！这是中国大陆建设部下的一个全国性协会的站点，就是这种水平！

就是建设部，也没有英文站点，想找点介绍注册造价工程师的英文资料（本来想建设部的，应该翻译的很标准）都没有。无语，只有无语了。
