到今天感冒才好

从11月10号开始生病的(参见:生病了,反思一下自己的身体),16号-22号吊水,23号停止吊水,症状减轻很多。23号到26号本地小雨、气温剧降(从十几度降到三四度),自己感觉这个病有点想反弹,急忙加服抗生素,添加衣物,才保住了“抗感成果”。今天一点没有咳嗽了,嗓音也不那么嘶哑了,而且觉得心情好像变的轻松了。

10号到26号,大半个月,终于病好了!

记住自己的话:病好后就锻炼。
